My journey began when I transferred to Rutgers in 2019. I excel in writing and public speaking which is why pursuing a degree in communication was such an excellent fit for me. I chose to minor in business and technical writing because I wanted to advance my writing skills further to produce outstanding work in my professional career. Throughout my education, I was able to work on PR campaign projects and get valuable experience through my courses and campus organizations. My education gave me a strong foundation and the knowledge needed to enter the marketing and public relations field.

 

As a graduate student, I have worked on various research proposals and production projects, including ethical research, a digital portfolio, a capstone, promotional videos,  and live-streaming events. Additionally, I spent three semesters as an Instructional Assistant grading undergraduate communication work, and one semester as a Teaching Intern where I prepared and delivered lecture materials.
